What data I collect, and why
sanderklust considers it important to handle personal data with care. My applied privacy policy is therefore set out in this privacy statement. sanderklust adheres to the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act (AVG) when processing personal data.
Request for information and offer
Your data are needed for requesting information and orientation meetings at your request, the submission of offers by use your voice and the handling of resulting transactions. When you request information or an offer from sanderklust, your e-mail address and telephone number will only be used for sending the information or offer, or for being contacted by sanderklust at your request.
If this subsequently results in a transaction, your details will be included in the sanderklust database. I only use this data to maintain personal contact with you. If I require postal address information from you, it will only be used for sending invoices and/or offers.
If no transaction results from the information request, quotation request, your data will not be included in the sanderklust database.
Analytics
On sanderklust’s website, general visit data is recorded, such as the most visited pages. The purpose of this is to optimise the design and information provision of the website for you. sanderklust only uses cookies for analytics.
The analytics software used is Matomo (https://matomo.org/), a privacy-friendly alternative to Google Analytics. All visitor data is only stored on this website.
Your data are not shared with anyone
Your personal data will never be shown, sold or lent to third parties. The infrastructure and programmes of sanderklust.co.uk are created and secured in such a way that unauthorised persons cannot obtain information about customers and visitors.
Retention period
Your personal data will be kept for a maximum of seven years. This is the legal tax retention obligation.
Rights you have over your data
You can request an export file of the personal data I hold about you. You can also request me to delete any personal data I hold about you. This cannot be data that I am obliged to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.
